if u are this size, or if ur shoulders are this broad, sit on the outside.
and dun take the full seat, leave 1/3 of ur body outside, so the person sitting beside u can have their fair share of 1/2 the seat
cos if u take the inside u'll take fully 2/3 or more the seat
be considerate
